No, don't think I would use one. I purchased a Zipper power scooter to use in getting around when needed. It folds up very nice for storage.

I am trying to find something new but like like the old Honda trail 90 or Honda trail 110. Little wheel are for use on pavement. We prefer to boondock in rough country and basically dirt roads, so the larger diameter wheels seem to work better.

My Zipper has larger wheels on the rear and work well in the Boon Docks. But, I do like the Honda Trail 90 and 110.

Now, Honda is showing the new 2021 Honda CT125 Trail (in both red and camo colors) for the second time, which means that it will most likely go into production as a 2021 model–with no guarantee that American Honda will import it.

This is not the Zipper. The Zipper is a power chair being able to clip along at 6miles an hour and will run for 8 hours on a full charge. The Zipper has two small tires on the front and two large tires on the rear. My Zipper definitely runs well on dirt.

Another option, a foldable fat tire e-bike. They can go 28 MPH with a range of 25-50 miles on a charge. They fit in the back of our SUV and don't require gas or oil.

We ordered 2 Lectric XPs a couple weeks ago.

These are getting to be very popular with the RV crowd.

Go to https://store.segway.com/segway-dirt-ebike-x160-x260 and check out their dirt bikes. They have a whole lot of other transportation alternatives that would suit RV'ers, but I love the dirt bikes. Their kick type scooters have wheels that would not do well on soft dirt, but the original Segway should be fine. Well worth the $$ unlike Chinese Rip offs.

Washington, DC (CNN)The Segway PT, which earned a place in pop culture but never realized its creators' world-changing ambitions, will come to an end this summer.

China-based Ninebot, which acquired Segway in 2015, will halt production of the PT, short for Personal Transporter, on July 15. Twenty-one staffers will be laid off at its Bedford, New Hampshire plant. Fast Company first reported the news.

I bought a Lectric XP at Quarzsite in January. It is a great bike. Love it. Our ground is very sandy and the bike handles it very well.

It also folds down to a size that fits a Lowes plastic storage box that has wheels.
