Casita For Rent

I bought an '86 Casita a few years back, now it earns me about $500/month average.
As an experienced real estate engineer, I've settled on fiberglass trailers as the optimum affordable rental unit.
Yes, I make a profit, but I'm also providing safe, secure and private affordable housing without roommates.

Anyone in the Denver area interested what it's like to full time in an old Casita should check it out.

Top 2 challenges:
1. Keeping the water supply from freezing in Dec-Feb.
2. Guests with addiction problems.
