We went to look at it; it is being
sold by a consignment seller. The saleslady confirmed that the
title shows it as being a 2003.
Too small for us, or at least Spouse thinks so. I think it's cozy!
It looks as though it has spent its life outdoors, but is fundamentally sound as far as I could tell. It could definitely use some refreshing/updating/superficial TLC.
Needs more storage; the material used in the construction of the closets is cheap, cheap, cheap.
The AC is mounted on half of the back window.
There is a toilet compartment with toilet, but it is not a shower.
The
refrigerator looks like it is electric only.
Smells OK (no smokers, no pets).
Door closed firmly.
No obvious soft spots in floor.
If you clicked on the listing, the thing attached to the front holds the sewer hose.
