13' Trillium 4500?

Found this fiberglass RV in Craigs list for $4800 asking price. It's in Gold country (central CA) and looks like it's in good shape. I have my Casita FD, but I thought someone might be interested in this one. GVW is 2000 lbs. It was just posted 2 hours ago....

Is this a portable toilet, or one with an outside dump valve under the trailer?

I ask because it looks a lot like a version of the latter that did come in some 4500's of this era.

If somebody here gets it, the timing is perfect for picking up new Tire and Tank covers along with stripes decals to make this nice trailer look perfect.

Cupboard, and shelf above the bathroom sink
Shower, (drain? hot water heater?)
Rear jacks
Wood below rear window
Shelf on dinette side of closet
AC outlet beside furnace, and by the door on the bathroom bulkhead.
Florescent light above sink, and dinette (120 VAC?)
Bathroom bench is not original
Hand pump missing on sink, (water tank?)
No bathroom door
Tongue jack
Coupler

Just based on the fridge, and the fact that the window in the door doesn't open, I would speculate that this is a 1979, or later.

The hammer is probably for the coupler. I have a similar one on my first 4500. It is kinda sticky.

I had the same one in my 79 4500.outside dump under 8 gallon holding tank,could not get rebuild parts for it talked to thetford many times. I ended up buying a new porta potti
