He can't tow it with his truck. Something does not seem right.

Yes, my hubby and I were just discussing that. You would certainly have to proceed with caution.

It says they sealed the roof. Why would the whole roof need sealing? In the picture with the fan, it kind of looks like there is some bubbling around the vent.... are fiber streams not all 'fiber'?

David - I did think that too!
They are all fiberglass Cricket but I know often I see older Bigfeet and they say the roof has been sealed! I think maybe people are used to stickies and when there are leaks around vents etc they presume the roof needs sealing or maybe there were cracks, who knows!

That is not "bubbling" as far as I see. In the early Fiber Streams (like mine, the same vintage as this one) they merely painted the rough interior surface of the fiberglass, leaving a textured appearance. No gel-coat on the inside. This one looks just like mine, only glossier.

I agree. The fiberglass surface on my roof is a little pitted where there were bubbles in the layup of the fiberglass in the mold which weren't properly rolled out. The gel-coat has worn and opened these bubbles, exposing the chop fibers below the gel-coat. In addition the "factory" merely smeared silicone caulk over the exposed screw heads outside after the interior was installed. I had water damage in the top of the refrigerator/pantry cabinet when I bought mine because the screw through the roof rusted away completely, leaving an open hole. I have replaced all of my screws and used sealed "snap-cap" covers in the same way Scamp and Casita does, and done a quick bondo fill of the opened bubbles in my roof. Not pretty but not within sight from the ground either.

I agree. I think the original selling price was due to ignorance of the market, and the seller learned after posting the 1st ad and made the corrections... And the new price is not out-of-line.

I missed the first pic- we really need to cut-and-paste 'em in these threads before they disappear!
But if that's the same Fiberstream posted in November...looks like the quickflippers are alive and well in Coueur d'Alene!

Here's today's pic:

And an inside shot:

I guess if people can flip houses now they are flipping campers too. A good way to keep them on the road.

That is a fast flip to get it painted and everything! How do they deal with the title so quickly? They take around 3 months to transfer here.....

Title transfers here in Canada are instant as long as you have the correct paperwork.

This is of course assuming that there IS a clear Title, and it's held in the present seller's name...

I'd sure inquire about that first!
