This is almost surely a scam. This same ad is posted all over the country on craigslist. Note that there is no location given. I recently posted this with the title "Casita scam"

Yes it is a scam, i have been flagging those like crazy. They were all over nebraska and iowa. If people went to as much trouble at a real job as they did trying to scam someone they could be brilliant. I used to get so excited when i seen one in my area then i would click on it and it would be a scam. Very disappointing!

Has anyone actually tried to contact the "seller" at that email address? I'm just curious as to what the answer was. There was a similar scam but with a Scamp camper over a year ago. I sent a reply asking to look at it. The answer I got was that the trailer was at a shipping company where a relative worked and it could be shipped anywhere in the country for free. I suppose I was expected to send the money and think the trailer would be shipped to me, yeah right!! The ad I saw for the Scamp was on a local craigslist, later I found out the exact ad & photos were on craigslist all over the country. Bob

They want you to send money to Pay Pal so it can be "readily" shipped to YOU. Oh yeah, right!

Is there really anybody out there that could be that DUMB...I sure hope not.
