2013 Casita 13’ Patriot Deluxe for sale in Arizona

Spotted at a local RV dealer. Rare model that doesn’t seem to be listed online anywhere, so posting it for folks who might be looking. Maybe a Casita owner could put a link on the Casita sites.

It appears to be in very clean original condition. I wasn’t able to get inside, but I got a decent look through the windows. Underside showed very minimal frame rust. Tires are less than 3 years old.

All Mountain RV (Show Low, AZ) is a nearby independent repair shop I can recommend if you want to arrange a pre-purchase inspection. I have used them in the past.

Most used molded fiberglass trailers are sold as private party transactions, so it's always rare to see one on a dealer lot.

This unit was listed last year on local Facebook Marketplace for quite a while, then showed up at this dealer, perhaps a consignment. When I stopped to check last year, they said it was already sold. I was surprised to see it again this year at a lower price. I really don't know what the story is. There is nothing obviously wrong with it, but you should do a thorough pre-purchase inspection to be sure everything works.
