That kind of flatbed 1 ton dually truck is actually a very common farm truck in the midwest - used for feeding hay to cattle through the winter and pulling goose-neck trailers (loaded with hay, livestock, machinery, etc.) throughout the year. Where I grew up in Colorado, most every farm family had one or two of them, including my family. It's also very common nowadays to see fancy versions of that type of flatbed 5th wheel truck pulling $50K+ horse trailers (living quarters in the front, horses and tack in the back) to weekend horse shows. So depending on what part of the country you live in and your lifestyle, that might just be your everyday get-around truck, nothing "special" at all. All that said, I agree with others that that big of a camper would make for a fun
renovation project if you had the time, money and patience....
