Where have I seen this one in recent memory? The lateral shelf in the back is a giveaway. Only a guess but may be changing hands often. Some funkiness up front with strange mottled coloration and a double row of ?? adjacent to seam. Double hull won't prevent leaks but will obscure the source. In the plus column no air no furnace no bath and (possibly) no water heater means less weight and less to go wrong.

Dent in roof? Axle riding low. Look close even you are accustomed to LaLa prices. Just under 4K$ is a lot for a custom mattress and several ? marks IMO of course.

The seller says in the ad that:

I bought it several months ago with the idea of restoring it, but wife's father is offering us a deal on his class C coach, so this one is now for sale.

This trailer has been posted at least twice in the last 5 weeks on CL and the other FB4sale site. It's located about 25 miles away from me. I was considering it (what is with these eggs that makes you want enough for an omelet?) Anyhoo...nothing in there fazed me to tackle until I saw that door. It's what really made me go...ugh!

I took a look at it. It is a real fixer upper. Lots of repairs and cosmetic issues inside and out. If you are looking to do a gut job and major renovation, it would be your chance.
