Happen to run across this today- don't know anything about it but it looks good from the pix

I wonder what "additional plumbing work" it needs. The entire plumbing on my CT consists of about 4 feet of vinyl tubing.

Plumbing work?? maybe has a leak or hand pump don't work. I haven't weighed ours, but the title says 1250lb and I believe that to be correct as these trailers are built heavier than a comparable Scamp, and they supposedly weigh about 900lb.

This trailer has had many improvements added over the years. New electrical system, 3 way refrigerator, low profile "Max Fan", New Linoleum floor, custom made curtains with black out liners.
It came stock with forced air furnace with thermostat control, 2 burner stove with lighted hood and fan. Everything works great, but additional work to the plumbing system needs to be done before it's ready for camping.

This unit's dry weight is only 900 lbs so it can be pulled by most any car or small truck.

It could simply mean the drain and trap needs to be replaced at the sink...

Hmmmm. If it has a 3-way refrigerator, why don't I see any vents???
