Here's the latest....
1. It's currently in Everett, WA at the "Brother-in-law of the owners" house.
2. The owner is in Chicago for a few weeks but the BiL is selling it for him
3. It has an IOWA title, registration is said to be current.


Judith is stranded right now in Seattle (flight to Wenatchee was cancelled) and I was going to have her look at it, but the out-of-town owner and Iowa title is a deal breaker for me.

Per the current ad on Craigslist he is asking $7300 CDN$.

Let me confess, that I, too, 'have had' to share my wisdom regarding what can be the red warning bells, in a TRAILER-for-SALE. Stude's referral reminds me and others that we can show this knowledge in a simpler and maybe a better way. AFTER all, remember that STUDE is ONLY giving us a referral. It's not his obligation to vet the owner, the trailer, the title, etc
Stude, if you're still reading this thread, you'll also need to accept some of these pearls of wisdom, with which our FG people want to help out the Prospective buyers. So many of those pearls are actually diamonds of knowledge.
