That's interesting; first Casita I've seen with the old-style, square-cornered jalousies (not that I am a Casita expert by any means).

Does anyone know when the first Casita 13's were made? I imagine this is an early one, maybe?

Casita forum archives indicates 1981 in Backus, MN.
The Casita Club Archives -> Casitas made in Bacus MN???=

Perhaps 1983 was the start of Casita in Texas?
