KS: 1973 Eco $5,500 OBO

I been looking at this online for a week, it just sits too close to the ground for what I'm wanting, although it is tempting, very cute:

If the price were lower, I'd suggest buying it and putting a new axle under it. You might have to be prepared to upgrade the frame as well, though.

One way to get what you want is to make it.

Jon, I did kind of consider doing that, axle and possible frame, although it looks like it might benefit from a new exterior paint. Thanks for the suggestion.

Reposted: https://wichita.craigslist.org/rvs/6075229395.html They have started going further out with their listing to NE and MO and still no takers. I am surprised. The only deal breaker for me on an RV is pet waste smells.

Half the price of a new Scamp and only 44 years old... what's not to like?

It's a "classic" and I suspect the workmanship of that period was superior to that of today, also maybe no OSB!
