Our Scamp is in very good condition. Has had many upgrades-closet converted to pantry with shelves-no leaks-no floor rot-bottom has 2 coats of porch and floor enamel-rivets replaced with ss steel bolts-new load range D tires-axle does not have any sag-brakes-rear stablizer jacks-front window cover-rear slider window-all available factory cabinets-upgraded 2 inch coupler-frame has been reinforced-air conditioning-heavy duty 2 place bike rack on rear with frame reinforcement-high mount stop and tail lights-3 way refer-2 compact 110 volt refers and microwave-had toilet room /was converted to space with shelves for compact refers and microwave-have all parts to reinstall toilet if desired-undercounter radio and tape player-upgraded electrical and lighting-stove and hood -stove cover-sink-propane furnace-all windows resealed-skylight-fan-all cushions are in good shape/beige color-screen door-carpet on floor.
