So if you see a posting from daniellemeyers35@outlook.com about a great Casita they need to sell because they're relocating to Alaska for 3 years, it's too good to be true.

Same pic showed up in thee SoCal Craigslists two days ago.

#1 Clue... Look at the price, it's always to low and almost always an odd number like $2507. No real seller would do that. The scammers do it to keep track of ads and to bypass ad matching searches. All three ads for the same trailer in SoCal were different by $1 or $2.

I just hit the "Prohibited" link and flag them.

Yup its a Scam and has been flagged on a number of Craiglists all over the US for a couple of weeks now and was discussed last week here under the thread RARE Casita Fresh Water Trailer.
