Has anyone checked on this, it's either a great deal or amazing how abused a 2007 trailer could be?

I emailed...he either can't or won't send pics....too far for me to go to check it out, but if someone in the area wanted to take a look see, i would be happy to drive out and purchase it (if it was in good condition)......
