Membership?
If Flloyd is selling multiple rigs on FGRV, why is he not a commercial member?
Thanks Donna. It did seem that way to me. I would think that com membership would have certain privledges attached to it. I don't know. I suppose certain responsibilities also.
No offense taken.

Rroger;
This is not a commercial enterprise because I am NOT selling anything, let alone Scamps.
I am merely taking notes and putting buyers and sellers together.
There is no fee.
In this particular case both sellers are personal friends who can no longer use their Scamps due to health problems.
One of them has weak computer skills and is a 79 YO Army Veteran with multiple serious health problems.
I am sorry if you object to my helping them get together with a good result for both buyer and seller. Again without fee or profit for me except...
I do get personal satisfaction from doing this ....
Its like wetting your pants in a dark suit,
It gives you a warm feeling but nobody notices .
In the past I have only sold my own rehabbed trailers.
Then the phone calls came and I started to help.
The fact is, Craig's list has always been the most effective, but I like to give my fellow FiberglassRVers first chance.
When I listed the first of the three here, An adminstrator seemed to think that I should put it under "REFERRALS", I did that.
I don't really know how to say this nicely but....does this offend you?

Floyd, maybe there's a big difference in people minds between "I now have available" (your words) and "I know now about..."
To me, one sounds like YOU are selling, the other sound more like you are working as a referral service. For newbies it could be confusing...

Not offended at all Floyd, I understood from an earlier post like this one what you were doing. I think it's great that you're helping old friends AND giving the folks here a first shot at a possible buy before it goes to C/L. We all know of friends that have something to sell and may be in a position to put a buyer and seller together.

Seems to me that the last sentence of Floyd's post makes it rather obvious that he is not selling anything or looking for any gain, regardless of how his first sentence reads.

Now that we have Floyd's intents straightened out, could we now keep the thread on topic, with posting only with queries particular to the trailers for sale.

The words of a communications expert!
Serving as a free of charge matchmaker is quite commendable. Donna's suggested wording removes any doubt about the nature of the activity.

Scamp trailers for sale.
I believe John is inquiring about one of the trailers for sale in the first post.
According to that post, interested buyers should send a private message to Floyd, and he will put you in touch with the seller.
