Compact Jr 13ft travel trailer

I have a 13 ft Compact Jr. fiberglass travel trailer. These are like the Burro or Casita or Scamp trailers, just more rare. It is in excellent condition. It has a sink and a two burner propane stove. It has the door on the rear of the trailer so the front of the trailer has a queen sized bed. It is really cool. The roof pops up in the center (about 30 inches by 10 feet) and has a mesh screen so it can let the heat out on hot days and I can stand up inside of it and I am 6 ft tall. It is very lightweight and can be towed by a 4 cylinder truck easily. It has a storage closet and additional storage under the bed. I am in Clearlake, Ca. 95422. Please check on the map so you know where Clearlake is. These are models were only made for 4 years and are rare to find, especially in this condition.

I think that the price is a bit above current market for a Compact Jr. in the condition (excellent ???) shown in the pics on C/L, where it has been for some time.

I'd rescue it for about half that, maybe.....

I thought the price was high too. I just hate seeing potential like this molding away in the weeds. I love my Hunter 1, my husband and I have been having a blast rehabbing it and camping in it.
