Thanks Cathy and Mark!
The great thing about
painting is it gives you time to putter on other things between coats. New floors, new door, new cushions, new wiring, repair a shattered roof vent, replacing front canopy plastic, and many other miscellaneous tasks.
Other than that the shell was in great shape under that awful paint job, no cracks or
leaks. I still need to replace a couple pieces of glass and will not attempt to use the
propane until I get someone who knows their stuff to check out all the lines.
For now it is clean, fresh and dry and I am looking forward to getting out in it.
David-----That is interesting that your
Ventura didn't have storage over the front bench, maybe mine was added later to match the back end. I saw the pics of your restoration, the red and white looked great. You did a fantastic job with the T&G and cabinets, they looked awesome. Did you add the additional fold down counter space at the front, great idea.
