!?!? 25 THOUSAND dollars!?!?!?
Robert Johans' work nothing- that puppy better have a ceiling painted by Michelangelo!
Francesca
P.S.
On closer examination, though- those ponderosa pines/trailers out the window in this pic sure look like the Bend, Oregon trailer outfit's lot to me...

Whoa! That's definitely Robert's amazing work. But the seller is asking quite a fortune...

Seeing this sure motivates me to finish off my boler American. My pricing will be much more reasonable. The tire kickers over the last couple of years had turned me off.

But, we don't know what it cost to have Robert build the trailer either. These folks may not be making any money, in fact... they may be losing money.

I totally agree 100%.
These trailers are works of art, high quality, custom, one of a kinds that are made to order. I've looked up some of the surface mount monitors used for the solar systems and they run hundreds of dollars. If a 17' Oliver is worth $40k I can definitely see these 13' running 25k.
I will admit it is out of my budget but there are a whole lotta folks out there that are less financially constrained than I am.

I do fully agree with this as well...it would be impossible for us to afford, but as Steve mentions, plenty of people could. What I'm curious about is why they're selling already. (Omitting possible family emergency.) Wasn't it completed early last year?

Ha, it's gone already! Someone will be very pleased and Robert will have a smile of approval on this!
