Always been interested in keeping up with the latest vehicles that are coming on the market.
This new Jeep Cherokee seems to be a winner in many respects.
Looks like the 4cyl model has lots of power. More power in fact than our V6 Nissan mini van (which for years towed our 23' Airstream). Mate that with a 9 speed auto tranny and a set of 3:73 final drive gears.
Tow rated for 2,000lbs it would be very suitable for a lot of egg owners.
Watched a review of this vehicle on Motor Week and they luved it. For the last 30 years I have been driving and impressed with imports but this new Jeep seems interesting.
Also note it is available with an optional 3.5 V6. Tow rated for 4,500lbs.
Curious to see if anyone on the forum is towing with one of these vehicles? My Dr. just got one a while ago and really likes everything about it.
