Brake Controller

I'm driving a 2012 Honda Pilot and will be picking up my new Park Liner in May. I know nothing about brake controllers so was wondering if someone could share what type of brake controller they think I would need.

Im honestly not sure of the brand I had installed. I called a few trailer places and got estimates... all but 1 was in the same price range. he place near me has a good reputation so I took it to him. Cost me $250 dollars but I already had it wored for a 4plug for my homebuilt gypsy caravan.

Tekonsha is the brand most loved brand here on this forum, especially the P3.

Tekonsha P2 - very happy with it. If and when it needs replacing it will be a P3.

You might check with U haul, you are going to need a adapter for light (turn/brake) on your trailer will be turn/ brake combined, the honda will be brake and turn seperate, Just something to think about.;;;u haul can supply all parts and do the wireing with Guarantee,
