I think the first trailer is a Trillium 4500 and the second is a 1300. Neither has a rock guard, and the 1300 is missing side windows, but the 4500 makes up for that. Dome skylights?

Wow.

That picture was taken back in the days when the His and Her's Camping setup was popular, could still work today for many.

Best signature I've read in a long time!
It just may end up lettered on the back of my hotrod.

Consequences

The first owner went insane trying to balance the tongue weights, and the second owner went over a speed bump that resulted in oscillations that self-energized and never stopped. Three days later the entire rig had shaken itself into rubble and the driver was carted off to a padded room.

The rig was recently found on craigslist advertised as an "easy restoration".

You see boats behind 5th wheels all the time in the US. I think I read recently that you cannot tow more than one item behind a tow vehicle in Canada. Not sure if that's all provinces or just some. I just checked on these things recently when we were in Canada.

I have seen a few fifth wheels pulling boats here in Ontario. A coupe weeks ago I saw a bumper pull trailer with a boat behind it. When I came up beside the rig I noticed the fellow just had a bolt on receiver attached to the bumper of the first trailer. I didn't think that was legal and wonder how rusted out the bumper was from the sewer drain tube being stored in there. That was about the same moment as I floored the gas and sped past the disaster in waiting.

I have seen fifth wheels pulling an enclosed car carrier of comparable size to the fifth wheel in Alberta.

I have enough trouble backing up one little Boler!
Although my friend has a cousin who can back up two farm wagons with a tractor, so I guess it could be done.
I'd need a lot wider and longer camp site than any I've ever been to and no one watching!

The only folks certified to pull triples would be retired UPS drivers and they would have an eight track playing a continuous loop of the Willis Brothers playing “Give me forty acres.” The name of their setup would have to be “Caterpillar”

The original picture, with your caption, should hang in every leader/director/manager/boss/supervisor's office.

Perhaps it could also serve as a subtle reminder that vacation time can actually be a productivity booster.
