Hitch Height For a Lil Snoozy?
Hello,
Can any Lil Snoozy owners tell me what the hitch height is for a Lil Snoozy. What is the distance from the bottom of the trailer tongue coupler to the ground for the trailer to be level?
Thanks,
Dan

Best to ask Lil Snoozy that question. If they have made changes as to what axle or tongue design they are using on any given year the number will be different.

It can also depend on the TV hitch and to what configuration of the ball placement.
The main idea is to have it tow as level as possible,or slightly down in front.

Exactly! I need someone who "Has a Lil Snoozy", tell me what the distance is with the trailer level from the bottom of the tongue coupler to the ground.

Mine is 18" from the top of the ball. The factory gave me this measurement and it is about right.

Great!
So to make sure I understand what you just said. If on my tow vehicle the top of the ball is 18" from the ground and I set the coupler of the trailer on the ball, the Snoozy should be close to being level, perhaps a little nose down depending on the amount of tongue weight.
Thanks,
Dan

Why not set the trailer up level on a level surface and measure from ground to top of hitch.

Hitch Height
You will find that the TV hitch height will decrease because of two factors: the weight of the trailer hitch and the weight of the cargo in the back of the TV. Of course the trailer hitch weight will depend on the stuff you have in the trailer and where it is placed.
Hint: leave your anvil collection at home.

It appears the OP does not actually have a trailer yet if their profile is correct .... just thinking ahead .....

Good point if we had the trailer. We're communicating with a few Lil Snoozy owners, who are considering putting their trailer on the market and would like to be prepared to make a quick road trip.

Thanks,
Had planned on including 1"-2" for tongue weight squat on our Highlander.
