Info Needed Boler 1600(?) Axle

I may be interested in a Boler 1600(?) which has leaf spring suspension. Am I right in assuming the trailer would have had a torsion axle similar to the Boler 13s as original equipment? I'd also appreciate any pointers to info on Boler's 16' models...
