has a torque-flex type axle on it. If you want brakes, get electric ones. This also means that you will need a brake controller in the TV if you don't have one already. On a Dexter axle the E-Z Lube is a nice feature. Also, get the brackets that welds to the frame and allows the new axle to bolt on.
This first link lists the original specs for your axle. This is pretty much all the info you need to get one like the original.
