Re sealed bearings
I'd never go with sealed bearings. I don't think they last anywhere near as long as traditional.
I like the ability to clean inspect the bearing surfaces and regrease them. Now with the new greases they should last even longer.

Sealed bearings are good for the life of the bearing which is...
