Smallish trailers

I stumbled across this company from Quebec that I am not familiar with and want to check out. Problem is my Avast is blocking the site. Not sure why. Can anyone else get into it??

Looks like they have some interesting light weight trailers.

Not sure Donna but from the pics they sure look like they are in the same weight class as the eggs.

I'm on the site now, they range from 550 lb to 3450 lb with a slideout, as Donna says they're not eggs though. They have dealers in Cochrane, Timmins, and Kapuskasing (they must be popular up north) as well as Mount Forest, Chelmsford, and Ottawa. I could send you details on one which might be close to you if you wanted to check them out.

I looked at one of these at the rv place before buying the Dolphin. Light weight But pretty sure it was aluminium/wood trailer. Smooth sides look a bit like FG.

ProLite trailers are not moulded at all, but I agree they are lightweight units comparable in size and weight to our eggs. As a result, they occasionally come up for discussion here, in comparison to eggs.
The company's website:
French - Roulottes neuves ultra légères fabriquées au Canada : Roulottes Prolite
English - Manufacturer of Ultralight Travel Trailers - Roulottes Prolite

Information is good. Lack of information is not so good, but misinformation is much worse. Check facts, and apply common sense liberally.

They have been discussed over on RV.net, yes they are light but there is a reason for that, they seem to scrimp on quality, bigger spacing between wall studs, little insulation, basically cheap materials.

Thnxs for the info Folks. They seem interesting but probably not as durable and long lasting as the glass eggs. My Avast security/protection is just not letting me go to their web site. No big deal.
