Tongue Weights at Algonac

During the Algonac camping weekend, some of us had our trailer tongues weighed. I'll start the list:

1985 Uhaul CT-13 - Tongue Weight was 212lbs
The trailer was packed lightly and it had 3 gallons of water behind the driver side wheel well, and 2/3 of a tank of propane on the front tongue.
.

Our 17ft Columbus Coach Liberty Van Companion came in at 305 Lbs. That includes a battery & full propane tank on the tongue.
Our trailer specs calls for a dry weight of 253.

My Snoozy was 365#. I'd weighed it at 390# last year with a some what Mickey-mouse system. I was pretty close though. Armel's weight was with some water in the grey tank all the way aft.

No propane but two 65# batteries on the tongue.

No battery pack...at this time there is nothing on the tongue. At some point that will change as I would like to have it set up for boondocking.

Thanks Steven for the clarification. Was trying to figure out how you achieved the low tongue weight of 141 lbs, makes sense now. Put a Group 27 Battery on it would add about 55lbs and 20lb propane tank full adds another 38lbs which would have your trailers tongue weight coming in at between 230/240lbs as mine does when loaded up without water in the tanks.
