If they aren't bad just clean an repack them, they are more than likely better quality than what you buy today. If they are bad follow Glenns advice.
My guess is they are 1" straight shaft bearings. (But just a guess.) The most inexpensive way is to get a trailer bearing kit. which includes two bearings, races and seals for a 1" shaft the kits run about $15. Wally World sells them in the boat section and Northern Hyd. also sells a kit but with much better seals.If you just need seals Northern sells two ea. seal kits. I had trouble finding the P/N the 1.98" seals for the 1" spindle but I can dig it up if that is what you need. Any trailer parts vendor will have the parts you need.
