Who's towing with a Nissan Murano?

I have a Ford F-150 that I have been using as a tow vehicle for my Casita 17' LD. Obviously this is an excellent tow vehicle for this job.
However, the truck is used only as a tow, and for no other reason, .... this leaves it just sitting in the drive most of the time, ... doing nothing.

My everyday driver is a 2006 Nissan Murano, ... 3.8 V6, ... with CVT transmission. I'd love to use the Murano as a tow vehicle and sell the Ford (reducing my stable of vehicles ). But, ... I'm afraid to hook the Casita to the Murano because of the CVT transmission. I've never had this type of transmission before, and don't have a feel for the durability of the unit if subjected to heavy duty work.

So, .... who's towing with a Murano, ... how many miles have you towed, ... what kind of mileage do you get in tow and what's your overall opinion of the unit as a tow vehicle? Do you need to put a tranny cooler on the CVT?

Hi: Larry... I don't tow with a Nissan but had heard that the tow weight rating is reduced considerably due to the CVT Transmission. At least thats what I heard!!!
