We just reserved #17. #1-12 & 18-20 were taken already. There must be more people coming than shown in here... ?
Looking forward to doing it again and seeing you all. Last year was great! We never even made it to Lanesboro. There was a write-up on the town in a travel mag recently.
Want to practice using the DO--maybe try sourdough. Anybody done it,
was it any good?

We have never been to one of the fiberglass festivals but would like to join you at the Lanesboro camp Sept 8,9,10. I will make reservations but do I need to contact anyone else?This is our first summer owning a 13' scamp and loving it.

Have not been online much lately, life has me tied up in knots, but wow it looks like our fall egg fest is going to be great.
Remember the pot luck on Saturday evening. in the next week or so I'll do some more planning, ect
keep out of the heat and stay cool

Ok - I just made reservations - I got site A-15.
We are new here and I have been getting all kinds of good advice but this is my first post.
My wife and I picked up a 82 Scamp 13 this year and I have been doing a bit of renovation. I replaced the ice box with a small dorm fridge, I put in a Microwave and on the hottest day of the year (today 100 degrees) I just finished putting in a AC unit with all the related ducts and drain pan. It is working!!!! 
We have been to this campground before with a VW Westfalia group.
Looking forward to meeting you all!

Since we don't plan ahead very well , we just made our reservation to join your group on Sept. 8 - 10. The spots for the group are all filled, but we have a spot not too far away. We have a recently acquired 13' Burro (1978) towed by a 2003 VW Eurovan. We'll be driving in from Oak Park, IL, which is about a 7 hour drive. Looking forward to meeting new folks! It's a beautiful area on the Root River!

Schedule of events
Friday evening 7:00 pm till Quit Time campfire and meet and greet at site 5 I'll bring the fire wood.
Saturday daytime canoeing, bikeing, siteseeing, and just hanhing out during the day.
Saturday evening 7:00pm POT LUCK supper in the picnic shelter; theme againg this year Stew, Soup, Salads, Hot dish, and breads. 
bring your own drinks, plates, silverware, and napkins 
Sunday 11:45 meeting at picnic shelter for next years event 
then trailer tours show us what you have done.
12:00 noon: even numbers camp sites ,
12:45: odd number camp sites
then good byes
any other ideas; name, place for next years event ect

Hello,
I cleaned out my garage last weekend and found my second camper leveler. I've attached a picture of what it looks like.
I bought them in a two pack, I didn't have a choice, but I only ever use one.
So, I will give a new leveler to the first Lanesboro camper to PM me. Along with the leveler I will also include a FGRV.com sticker.
If I don't get any PMs prior to the Lanesboro campout, I'll just bring it with and give it to whomever wants it there, sticker included.

Greetings all,
David and I will be there. We just confirmed our site. Hopefully we will be close to the group, all the reserve sites were gone. We will be arriving about 7 or 8 P.M. as it is a 5 hour drive for us. It sounds like fun. We'll bring a few loaves of homemade bread to the potluck.

We are away from the group too, but my husband was told that it was close. Maybe they put us together.
We will not be able to stay on Sunday. We have a 7 hour drive and work on Monday.
