Is it ever too early to announce the date of a rally? I don't think so. If you've got a 2010 calendar, reserve these dates: April 21-25.

More news as it develops.

We are Scamp owners ... in Wisconsin. Texas in April sounds warmer than where we are! Do you welcome other fiberglass trailers in addition to Casitas?

Registration for the annual Texas Bluebonnet Casita Rally is now open.

The rally will be in Bandera, Texas April 21-25, 2010 at the Skyline Ranch RV Park.

To register, go to the rally web page http://texbluebonnet.com/, then select "Registration Page" at the top left. Or, you can go direct to the registration page http://texbluebonnet.com/rally2010.html.

Please read the instructions (will save me much time registering you), and please insert your first name(s) as you want printed on your name tags. Then read the small print at the bottom of the form before hitting the "Submit" button.

This rally is organized by Casita owners, however we welcome owners of other brands of RVs.

Sincerely,

Brad and Beverly Cottingham
Santa Fe, NM

Is there an agenda of events for the TX Bluebonnet rally? I found a website/registration but wondered if there are times when the Casitas are opened by the owners for viewing by 'owner wannabes' who are deciding whether to get a Casita? (The link BradBev sent did not open. ) Thanks, Cindy

Cindy, I believe they will have some type of open house. But am pretty sure most egg owners would be willing to give you a tour. Haven't met many that wouldn't. Most are a great bunch of people so they love to share the excitment of their egg's and I am pretty sure you would be welcomed into just about any brand egg there. Have fun!

Robin - Thanks and I bet you are right! I asked for a timeline because I went to another rally at 10 am and they weren't officially open until 1 pm.....but I did get to network and see a couple eggs.

Cindy, You know the best way to find out (hopefully) would be to Pm Brad or Phil, I would assume they are getting on line to check emails and such but maybe not checking this post as they are all there already. Good Luck!

Phil,

Thanks for the pictures. I love the ones with Cody and Katie hugging our Chow Mimi. She sure looks content with them!

Deb and Chuck - All I can say is a huge "Thank you!" We are going to give your former Bigfoot a good home. I must say we had lots of visitors during the Egg Parade! Those BF 5th wheels are rare down here and many folks were pleased to have an opportunity to see one.

We'll soon have the 1997 Scamp 5th wheel deluxe ready to go on the market.

Glad you are enjoying the Bigfoot 5th wheel and we are happy it went to a good home with a beautiful red Chow.
