OK. I will be driving through the NW quarter of Indiana tomorrow and I need you ne'er-do-wells to keep your distance.

I'm either over-towed or under-towed per recent discussions elsewhere so it's probably best to hide the children either way.

I'm not expecting to sweep your sites before your arrival so you're on your own.

See you soon.

Maybe we all need to make certain we bring some extra rain gear!

I have been preferring Wunderground where the chances for rain are a little lower!

Stop doing the Rain Dance right now,you just don't want to shine that thing up!
Which will make mine look better actually.

Mike,

You know that your site doesn't have electrical hookup? Neither does Wally's.

No "plug" on the icon and I've verified having walked the area. If it's important you might be able to change. No one on duty at the entrance when I came in though so you might have to call. Your call, so to speak.

Sorry for the false alarm, I thought you were on 66. I must have mixed it up on my cheat sheet of campers/sites.

I tried posting a park review on www.campgroundreviews.com and was told that they would not post it because it was not nice enough?

Evidently you can post anything you want there about the park except your own experience with the the park while you are there!

Not too sure what the point of reviewing there is then?

Not a site I will look to for guidance in the future.

So in case anyone else is looking to Lincoln Trail State Park for future trips, you might want to know that the grass was 4 feet tall there when we left.

The Bugs were out of control and the park people seemed to have little concern for our comfort or the experience that we paid for.

The only upsides were of course the Company and the channel 2 "Experience" though the latter was very brief!

Thanks again Roy!

Had a great time-Fish fry outstanding

Hi,
We had a great time meeting everyone and the fish fry was outstanding. The park had issues, but the people and bugs were very friendly I hope many will come to Niagara Falls.
