That one on the pole would give great fuel economy, but I'm not sure the bed would be big enough to suit me. Nice pictures! Almost like being there.

The rest were stickies and motorhomes or empty.

Again, the rest in A Loop were stickies, motorhomes, or empty.
You can see there was an airstream in one of the pictures.
The rest of my pictures are miscellaneous around the area.

I think the Casitas had 'em outnumbered this year.

My apologies if I messed up with the names to the pictures.

You guys and gals are purtier and nicer in person than here.......LOL

Be kind to stickies. You never know who amongst us may have a vintage stickie or two.

Thanks for posting Karl, it is always nice to see a group together, or "a dozen of eggs"

Thumbs up

Thanks for the pictures, Carl. Really wanted to go to that rally as it was not too far from me. But sold and bought property over the past several months so that has occupied my time and energy this late spring and summer.

By the way, camped in your neck of the woods on my way back from Rice in May. Stayed at the campground in your community....neat little CG. Took that secondary road that is just in Arkansas up to catch Rt. 60 in Missouri...beautiful drive but very slow but just as well as I am a typical "Sunday driver". LOL

MISC. Pictures

After making the rounds to take pics of the eggs I swung
through the loading ramp area to check things out. This
fella was pulling his boat out. Looks like he left the motor running.

Further down I found another road that went down along
side the water with a couple stairways you could walk down.
You could tell the water definitely goes way up and down.
The railing on the steps had lots of rust.

There were several birds that I spooked and they kept
circling over me, but they would not keep a tight group
so I could get their picture.

The steps were quite convenient for an old guy to make it
to the shore line. It wasn't like climbing a ladder.

You were missed. Herschel missed it also. His dad took a turn and he
had to go back to Alabama.

I took the ARK 59 down there. 3 hours to go 90 miles.
I was taking my time and plotting all the little burgs.

I was going to be smart and take I540 back to see how much difference
there is in the two routes. I tried to keep it at 60 or 65 but my Tacoma
just kept hitting 65 and 70.

When I got to Fayetteville all traffic was jammed.
I forgot all about the Razorback game going on. I inched my way to
Hiway 16 to Lake Weddington and took that mountain road. The Snoozy
did really well. I kept having to remind myself I was towing and to
slow down so not to scare what traffic I did encounter. Seems like that
route was maybe 10 or 15 miles longer. So anytime now when I go to
Barling I have an option without much difference. Scenery is good both
ways.

We had been getting ready for a huge auction so I thought I was going to
miss out, but wife let me go solo and the auction was closing up as I got
home. Now I'll have to make another trip somewhere so she can get out.

River rv rally

Enjoyed meeting you at the rally.
Thanks for the tour of your Snoozy.
It had most of the features we wanted and we like the roomy but warm and cozy feel.
We really liked it and think it fits our needs.
Think Snoozy will be our next camper-hopefully for the rallies next spring.
Thanks for the great pictures.
Happy camping to you and your family.
