Brian, You'll be at the Spring Rally in Milford? Last fall we had another Captain Predom at Algonac I'm still getting it together to reserve for Algonac, but I'm planning for it. Marty Brian (the little flowered Scamp) is also attending

Come on you folks, hurry and get a site reserved. So much fun and it's a great way to meet new (nice) people and a great way to overeat. Who could pass THAT up?

Hi Pam,
We just graduated from tent camping to an 17' EGG Camper made in Grandville, MI. We have made reservations for site 219 for September 6-7-8 and look forward to taking part in the fun you have been planning. Count us in...Marty and Sally Palmer from Holland, MI.

Well, I am new to this forum. I tried to send a reply to cpaharley2008 but don't think it went through. So, second try. . . .
Don't know if we are related to Jim Palmer, but you should have seen his face when we told him our last name. We had the tour of the factory on Wednesday and were really impressed with the quality and thought he builds into these little trailers. We can't wait to get our new Egg. See you all in September!

I've not met him in person, but have spoken to him in detail over the phone when I had my EggCamper and read about his exploits, seems like an interesting person.

I just purchased a 1978 13 foot burro and need ideas, help, info, etc. I live near ann arbor. Where is the 2013 Algonac event going to take place? Where can I get more information about it? Thanks Fred

I just looked at all the threads. It appears to be happening at the state park. I will pencil it in on my calender and try to attend. I imagine I would have to make a reservation with the park if I want a site to park on overnight. Do you expect to have any older trailers (mine is a 1978) that have been repaired or modernized that I could get ideas from? Thanks Fred

Fred, I was going to tell you to go back through earleir post on this thread and you will see many vintage FG campers as well as newer models. Then I took a look myself and noticed that many people do not have the year of their camper on their profile. Nevertheless rest assured that there will definitely be lots of older, FG campers. Mikmay's son, Bryce will be there with his little renovated Burro. There will be lots of knowledgeable people very interested in seeing your new-to-you Burro. Hope you can make it.
I still have to reserve my site and by the looks of the number already signed up I'd better get it done soon!
