I Haul, You Haul, we all haul UHauls!
Last year was fairly casual and non-planned, with a Pot-Luck on Saturday. Everyone chipped in money towards the meat, and then brought a passing dish.
Scouter Dave attended and did a wonderful demonstration of how to make survival bracelets. (if anyone has any skills that they would like to share??)
Our Campers were 'open for tours' on Saturday afternoon.
Plans are still formulating for this year. All ideas are welcome!
Armel is on site 120 with a scale for us to weigh our camper tongues.
We can do the same dinner plan for this year if everyone feels ok with that.
I have to admit that my job just kills my energy (50hrs a week) and I'm very happy just watching the ships cruise by on the river and visit with camper friends. But if anyone has an idea for additional fun games? music? (guitar players out there?)
Another thing that I've seen are 'table sales' at the campsites where people bring camping stuff to sell and trade.
I'll keep adding attendees as they notify me of their sites. Ben Uhaulin, I've got you down on site 50 now.
