June has been crazy awful at work for me (loud screaming). People will also know more about calendars and free time as July rolls forward. I'll do a little checking around.

I also have an offer from a talented member who is a ukulele player, willing to bring his instrument. Are they any others that may want to join in? Guitars, Sitars, Oboes, Flutes, Kazoos!

He also has a p a system, so any singers or stand-up comedians that want open mike night, feel free to step up!

What do you guys think about someone just coming around to look at trailers? My wife and I are hopefully getting at FBRV next year and want to take a like at a few, epsecially the 13' scamps. What day would be the best to come look?

Saturday would a good day to come visit. There are generally trailer tours during the afternoon Saturday. On Sunday, many people are heading home. Welcome to the party!

Excellent way to see several different brands & models of trailers. We enjoy showing off ours.

One of the things I like about the rally is getting to see the neat things people have done to enhance their campers and getting a "feel" for what the different models are like inside that you can not get from pictures or floor plans.

If you are considering a used camper might want to print and bring along a copy of the buyers checklist in order to ask people to show you specifics of what you are looking for on the different models.

If trailer place can not get a new axle ordered and installed before rally I may be able to show you what a scamp 13 worn out torsion axle looks like first hand. :-(

...where do I order? the zazzle site is set up with 2012 dates, do I change it myself somehow?

I finally have the 2013 versions of the logo on items in the Zazzle printing on demand site. Will post a link as soon as the changes I made in the configuration to hide the 2012 versions take effect.

I set up several different items from very inexpensive buttons to different shirts layouts, mugs, hats and travel bags. All of these simply act as a template that allows you to pick colors, styles, size and quality to suit yourself. I also left the Customize It button enabled so you have complete freedom to customize any text, add text or remove it as you choose.

I would not wait too long after I post the link, some items get shipped in a couple of days (buttons for example) other items such as shirts can take more than a week to be printed. Ordered early allows for using the cheaper shipping option and still get the item in time for the rally.

If anyone who attended last years rally wishes a 2012 logo item instead of 2013 just PM me and I'll send you a direct link.

Double checked and dark apparel is 4-5 days to manufacture, light may be done in 24 hrs. Add shipping time to that.

Any Canadian participants who might wish the logo said something more along the lines of "Scramble Egg Glassique" can let me know an item (and correct my French) and I'll see what I can do. Always willing to keep the folks with direct access to good Canadian beer happy.

Aw, crud, Roger! I was so busy playing with fonts that I completely forgot to put 'UHaul Goddess' on the back! All I have is UHaul and 1985 (kinda hoping people will think that's my birth year).

I have a couple of prizes to give away after Saturday's dinner. And if anyone has a camping item that they want to donate, we'll add it to the prizes. They can be new, or gently used,,, or a bottle of wine (because, as I always say, Wine Not??). We'll just draw numbers based on Campsite #.

Agenda for the weekend is pretty simple:
1. Come and have fun!


...and there'll be other miscellaneous things like the Bring Your Own Meat And Passing Dish Saturday Dinner.
....and coffee cake at my camper along with travel gadgets and gizmos at 10am Saturday (Camper Show and Tell. )
...And music around the campfire Saturday night if several of you will bring instruments
...and we can weigh our tongues on Armel's scale
...and I can donate some wood, if someone can donate the use of their fire ring at their camp site for a Saturday night fire?

Saturday Dinner Menu will be a group meal, and you can bring your own meat to it to grill. We can gather some grills together to cook (or bring your prepared choice of meat to the meal with you).
If you know what side dish that you are planning to make, how about posting it. If you don't, then go ahead and surprise us! I love surprises

I'll be bringing a pasta salad for my side dish.
