Debra Page has had to cancel for the rally. Site 33 is now open on ReserveAmerica for June 10-12.

Just made my reservation for Space 33 6/9-13/16. It looks like that is the last one available.

We are stopping by tomorrow on our way home from Savannah, GA to have a look at the steepness of some spots again.

Thank you Cindy, if site 33 is too steep I'd like to know. I travel solo and I'd hate to put me or my rig in jeopardy. Plus my backing skill rate about a "C" grade.

It was not on our first listing of steep sites. Our list, at the beginning of this posting, differs from the description on reserveamerica. They may have been judging it from large rig standards though.

Welcome!
We stopped there last weekend. We will have to have the Sat evening supper behind the golf clubhouse and drag picnic tables after 3 PM when their Sat activity is over. We found out last weekend that they have a nice pavilion across the road that we did not know about from camping there last year, but it was too late to reserve it. Maybe next year.
They were painting the bathrooms at that time, and the golf course was being used by a few.
Getting excited. But that excitement is behind that of picking up our Silver Cloud in a week and a half, so we can bring it to "Eggs a la Bourbon."

I received an email this morning that site 26 is now available, too. It appears John Busch will not be able to join us in his Escape 19. Site 26 is listed as a pull-through site with a gravel pull-through lane and an asphalt parking pad. You can park either direction!

Site 26 is no longer available, so Site 16 is the only one now When we checked these over, there are actually some sites that would hold 2 of the little ones like a Uhaul CT.
Hubby is slightly nervous about backing into ours. When we secured it, we were planning to bring our Uhaul VT. Now, we plan to bring the Silver Cloud, and there is a tree that makes the Silver Cloud tricky to back in but would not have been a problem for the VT.

So, while we had planned that this would be a plan-it-yourself weekend in Bardstown (Lots to do! Even with this our second weekend, we still won't see it all. We will have to go back sometime to catch the dinner train.), do you think it be a good idea to reserve spots for those who wish to tour Maker's Mark and/or Jim Beam? When we checked the campground, I also checked their sites and both require reservations. It looks like we could even get a special tour for like 35.00 or thereabouts.
Who might be interested in me looking into reservations for the tour?

Congratulations on your Lil Snoozy purchase. Looks like it's time to change your trailer info. from "shopping" to Lil Snoozy.

Absolutely. You are welcome to stop by! Best time might be around 4 PM on Saturday before the potluck supper. Then you can join us for supper too.
