This will be the 4th annual Fall mini rally, admittedly daring the weather, but so far they've all been fun.
Hungry Mother is a beautiful park with a scenic lake and lots of great hiking opportunities, and many nearby recreation opportunities.

No specific scheduled activities, just a get together and decide what to do.
Friday night I'm providing Dutch Oven Cowboy Stew and a SUMI salad.
Additions of breadish things, sides, or desserts welcome but not required.

Please let us know if you're coming.

Oh, and camping will be at the Burson Campground at the park entrance. The modern, heated bathhouse with showers will be open. All sites have W&E, most with W,E&S.
The other campgrounds in the park will be closed till Spring.

That's great news. I look forward to seeing you again.
After Niagara I ordered a new 17B and will enjoy the opportunity to look yours over again.
Right now the forecast says it'll be on the cool side, but the chance of rain has gone done quite a bit.

Walt and I thought we'd be able to stop by for a day or two but our schedule has changed. Stay warm and have a great time. (Maybe next year if you move it up a bit. We always head south in October...)

I just went over the threads here and casitaforum.com. Best estimate is 11 rigs and 15 folks. Pretty close to last year.

Thanks Jon. Other than a few sprinkles Thursday night, the weather sure has cooperated, chilly mornings but sunny. Seems the dinner last night went over well. That big Dutch oven pot of Cowboy Stew sure disappeared, with many going back for seconds. Thanks to all who pitched in with shrimp, mac & cheese, some nice desserts and breads.
With Millard & Jackie added to the earlier correspondents, we had 12 rigs and 17 people, same as last year.
Thanks also to Pete for his novel wood pellets fire setup in the fire ring.

Saw several familiar faces, Walt and Tidewater Jack,and Ron plus Jon's Escape with the trunk in the back. The cg looks really nice, love the big level sites.

Yes Jim, this is a nice little cg with spacious sites and very nice bathrooms and showers as Walt said. It's also the first rally I'm been to where the Bigfoots (2) outnumber the Escapes (1). That's not going to happen again.
