Hi All,

Laura and I are so excited to be coming to the LBL Rally this fall in our new to us Casita. We visited the LBL Rally last year for a day and night staying in one of the rustic cabins. We met such wonderful people and got to see these cool little egg campers that Laura and I bought a Casita one month later!

We will be in site 266 on the Loblolly Loop.

When we retire, we will come. Kinda hard during school. Not far from where one line of Mom's Morton ancestors moved to, Madisonville. We visited there last year before Bardstown and camped in Pennyrile State Park and then camped at Bardstown where her Walker line ran a still that was bought by Jim Beam.

Seems like we just hosted the LBL pre-party in Bardstown . See you in 4 years!

Fred and Vicki's site (number 345) is now available. Vicki is just now recuperating from surgery, and will be undergoing radiation treatments during the LBL time. Will miss seeing you all, but will definitely see y'all next year, if not before.

As of today we still do not know if we are going to make it to the rally, but we may just have to wing it and show up. Hope everyone has a great time

The main activity site will be Persimmon 231. Could not get the usual site as it has been converted to a seasonal site. This is where the meet and greet campfire will be on Thursday at 6:30pm. The potluck will be on Friday at 5:00pm. Unable to get the pavilion on Saturday. Wine tasting will be on Saturday at 6:30pm. You may bring a bottle of your favorite beverage and snacks. There will be a door prize drawing on Saturday. If you would like to donate a small inexpensive gift it would be appreciated. There will be a site designated as the music site by our music coordinator. If you play an instrument please bring it. More info on this will be made available after the rally kicks off. We do a session on camping tips. If you have run across a new camping product or have an idea on wise camping techniques please share them with us when we conduct this session. Participation in all activities is strictly voluntary. Look forward to seeing my old friends and meeting new ones. Dennis.
