The 2017 Bluebonnet
Rally is now ready for
registration.
Most of you are familiar with the
rally because you've been there before.
If you don't don't make the first 150, you will go on a wait list, but in past years we've always been able to clear the wait list due to last minute cancellations. I will notify you when I can move you off the wait list, and you will also see your status change on the Who's Coming list on our web page.
Read the
registration form carefully, there are some minor changes from previous years. Some of which are:
To cover our cost, the donation per rig is increased from $15 to $20.
The daily RV park fee is now $22 per night. Remember, don't contact the park, they are not accepting reservations direct. We will handle communications with the park and let them know when to expect you. The rally is April 19th with most of us departing on Sunday the 23rd. However, the management of the park has always allowed us to come early or depart late with the discounted rally fee as long as we don't conflict with another rally.
And, we're now able to accept PayPal or credit card payments for the rally and the meal if you'd like to eat Rudy's BBQ Wednesday evening. Should you accept that option (rather than mailing a check), we will send you an invoice in about a week or less. Reminder, we have to have the BBQ money in by February 15th. We understand this is a bit of short notice and we apologize, so mail your check in or pay via PayPal or credit card ASAP after you register and or get your invoice. We will gladly refund your money if you can not attend our events and that refund will be via the original way you submitted your payment.
