NC | 2017 Cherokee (NC) rally/gathering?

Does anyone know any details about a possible Cherokee NC egg gathering in Oct 2017?

It's on our rally calendar, but it no longer appears to be an official rally?

We've heard favorable reports on this rally/gathering in the past.
The rally calendar says that it would be Oct 12th - 14th.

Who, if anyone, is thinking about attending?

I might be interested, as I've had to forego the other rallys I was planning to attend due to other commitments. Will be interested to see if this is a "go" or not.

I think the organizers retired from this duty. October is a great time to visit the NC mountains!

This is an unhosted rally - several trailers are already reserved - Nice gatherning - nice location - nice people - nice trailers. I say go for it!

At some level it is going to happen, just not an "official", hosted rally, unless someone steps up. Several people already signed up.

Just reserved a site for my hubby Don and myself (Pat). We have never been to a rally and are interested to see what this is all about.

We have a 2002 16' Casita and love it.
