Site A -2 will be available for the rally. Jacquie and I will not be able to make the rally. I called the office at about 6:20 pm and left a message. Office is supposed to return call. Sorry we can't make it, but Jacquie needs to stay inside until this pneumonia thing clears up.

On the campfires, do we all need to bring wood?

Looking forward to it.

Hi Maynard,

So sorry to hear that Jacquie is not feeling well. Laura and I will miss seeing you. Wishing Jacquie a speedy recovery.

Take care,

Hi Johnny, This is Mike in K5. I plan to bring a couple of pecan pies also. I had reported this earlier. Look forward to seeing all the campers. Fun weekend I'm sure! Thanks for putting this together.

A couple of folks have mentioned they will bring extra firewood. With the size of this rally I am sure there will be more than one group campfire scattered through the event at different campsites. Not sure if open fires are allowed in the dry camp sites as I don't believe they have fire rings so check with the office.

Skytalker I am sorry to hear you guys won't be there but get her well & we will see you next year.

I contacted the next person on the waiting list last night to fill Skytalkers site. With all the cancellations (more than I expected) we still have 2 on the waiting list. I also expect some may show up without reservation for the dry camping area.

FishingBob I got you down for the napkins and trash bags

Baja Bob I'd join you if I hadn't quit years ago...loved a good cigar.

Joyce H I prefer that outside visitors come Saturday but if you can't make it Saturday then that will be fine. With an estimated 150 campers (people) in attendance I thought it would be better to have outside visitors limited to 1 day. My reason for this is that a local chamber of commerce contacted me last year wanting to advertise it to the general public promising tons of people and I politely declined as it is not open to the general public but to those who are interested in learning more about or seeking to purchase a fiberglass rv. Don't want to open the flood gates to droves of people which could make it unpleasant for the campers and Riverbend staff as well.

Mike A I got you down for the pies

Marilyn and I will be arriving Wednesday the 17th (instead of Thursday the 18th), but we will now be departing for a funeral mass back home early on Saturday morning the 20th in case anyone is just coming up for Saturday/Sunday and needs our spot.
We're in K-01

B-24 Since you have enough utensils and such, Craig and I can bring tea. If the weather is as warm as it is hear tea is always drinkable.

Hi, this is Carla Rose. My husband Todd and I are in K-9, Melissa asked that we bring Ketchup, so we'll bring 4 large ketchups, 4 mustards, 2 tartar sauce and 2 mayonnaise for the fish fry. I also had told her that we wanted one medium shirt and one XL shirt. Hopefully you got this down. Thanks and we'll see you tomorrow!
