AZ | 2020, Feb 3-9: 2020 Quartzsite Gathering

Great news! Randy, the new ETI Ambassador from Lake Havasu will be attending the Quartzsite gathering on Saturday the 8th and bringing the Escape 17B Demo unit. He'll be bringing all kinds of incentives for both existing and new Escape buyers.
We'll be setting him up near the main firepit area so folks can see the demo unit and talk with him about buying an Escape Trailer. Karl Kenney the new ETI CEO, may also make an appearance on Saturday but not 100% sure yet.
If you are thinking of upgrading or buying your first Escape, you won't want to miss talking with the ETI folks at the gathering.

Also, Mike with Happier Camper is going to be attending the Quartzsite gathering with some new Happier Camper trailers. You may remember Mike and his Dad who brought some Happier Campers to the Q gathering a few years back. They may drop in on the 3rd, but will be there on Saturday the 8th as well. Mike also mentioned some of the Happier Camper owners may be attending as well. We'll set them up in the same general area as ETI.

Always enjoy seeing and talking with the molded trailer companies who drop in with some of their demo units.

FYI, I will be heading out early Monday morning to the gathering and should be there around noonish.
Registration won't be open until 9AM*on Tuesday morning to allow me time to get things setup catchup with some of the early birds that are out there.

Reminder for those attending the Quartzsite Gathering.

If you are able to participate we are having the Quartzsite Give Back at this years gathering to benefit the Quartzsite Food Bank. I spoke with them this week and they need non-perishable food items and still usable clothing items.

We will have collection boxes at the registration table all week and will be running the items to the Food Bank several times during the week.

A big Thank You in advance for your donations to help the town of Quartzsite.

I don't know if anyone has done a count, but my guess is around 50 trailers as of Sunday night. I'll include a couple of panoramas in tonight's additions to page 2 of my 2020 Quartzsite webpage. I'll add a link after I finish it.

New to the forum. My wife and I are looking to get a travel trailer. We thought about Airstream, then Oliver, and now have found Bigfoot. Before we pull the trigger on a Bigfoot 25, we would love to see one. We’ve been away for work until tonight, so we did not make it to the Quartzsight gathering.

If you’re coming back through Phoenix in the near future we would love to see a Bigfoot in person.We live on the west side of the Phoenix metroplex off of I-10.

While there are still some of the 200 plus trailers gathered for the 2020 Quartzsite rally still left at Dome Rock, many have left ahead of the predicted rain. I have 3 pages of photos starting with the pre rally at 2020 Quartzsite Rally.

Thank you for hosting a great event! This was my second year and love it.

I have two questions:

1) Is there an official count of number of trailers that attended? I know I registered with you there, so was wondering if you have a tally.

2) I saw two drones. Mark L’s Mavic Pro and someone else’s (looked like a DJ Phantom). Do you know if drone photos have been or will be posted anywhere?

You always have your camera at the ready, which is great, because it certainly helps those of us who cannot attend, to get a bird's eye view.

Thank You for a great Gathering! I had fun meeting everyone and seeing all the different campers on hand! Now I'm even more hooked on doing the next meet up in the area!
