Many sites say Severe grade. That's worrisome. Any comments?

It wasn't too bad for our 16' Scamp in the past (we parked on site 9 a couple years ago), although it could be worrisome for long campers. You may need extra blocks/legos for the rear stabilizers though. Some site lengths are short though, so it may be best to find one long enough for your entire rig or expect to park diagonally.

Cindy and I are set for site 39 from June 10-15. Funny thing, I had been very proactive and reserved site 08 last June already but I was a week too early (June 3-8). Guessed wrong!

Regarding the site descriptions, this is what we posted in 2015. Nothing has changed:
"You might wish to avoid these sites: 15, 20, 25, and 27 for severe back-in slope and 29 for severe sideways slope. By severe, I gauged it to mean our VT tongue would be jacked up at least 15 inches to reach level and I didn't consider that safe. In fact, our bumper would probably hit the ground in the rear before level was reached. For site 29 the sideways slope required one wheel to be at least a foot higher than the other. Again, not safe for our 16' trailer. If there are other sites marked as severe, I didn't judge them to be so by personal inspection. However, opinions may vary."

We are new to the forum AND new Casita owners. Just booked our site for this rally and we’re so excited. We came through Bardstown on our way home from West Virginia but didn’t have time to stop. Looks like such a cool little town. Can’t wait to explore!
