Hi Paula & Casita Community! We just joined this forum and also booked a site at Lake Casitas for the rally! We're excited to meet some other Casita owners and learn from you 🙂 we just ordered our 2022 Spirit Deluxe but it won't be ready until June. We'll be at a tent camp site this year in the Bass campground so we can be a part of the rally in anticipation of our new trailer. Thanks for opening this community to others, my family & I look forward to meeting you all in October, yay!!!😎

Hi Bob, I bought a new Casita this year and want to attend the rally at Lake Casitas. There are two tent spots left open in Bass (27 and 28) that I could fit on. Are some of the Casitas camping without hookups? Thanks, Ken in Santa Maria, CA

Hi everyone
I just checked the Lake Casitas website and they opened up 6 more hook up sites for the dates we'll be there, Oct 21-24th or 25th.
If you want a hook up site just call or go online to make the switch. There are fees to do this but considering it can be warm at this time of the years it might be worth it.
I watch the weather like a hawk and the prediction is for 24 % precipitation. But we know that can change from day to day!
Please let me know if you get a spot or make a change.

Found a cancellation on a trailer site, B-24, so I switched from Angler. 1/2 mile closer to the action now, but farther from that big fishing hole.

Home yesterday by 2  m., downtown saw 7.6 inches of rain while I was gone. Not bad. Had a wonderful time at Lake Casitas, and am looking forward to the gathering at Quartzsite.

2021 Fiberglass gathering @ Lake Casitas
33 families 
showed up this year and what fun we had! Even with social distancing and all the proto calls we had in place I think we still had fun! Lots of newbies and we hope you'll return. Lot's of new activities and returns too. Many thanks to all who made them happen!
See you in Quartzsite for the "no host" fiberglass rally at Dome Rock Feb 7-13th???
