Hi Thane
Lora and I would like to attend.
Would be happy to send a check but am not seeing how much or where to send it.
We will be offline from 06/25 thru 8/01/06. Lora has a Soroptimist Convention in Philadelphia around 8/20, that we are going to.
Maggie is here, so, after she arises (which could be anytime today ) we will ask her what she knows.

Hi Lou

We're going up Thursday and leaving on Monday... If you are going to stay the 4 nights like Maggie and Wes and Jim and I... send a check to Thane:

Thane Lundberg
24560 Willow Pass Drive
Tehachapi Ca 93561-7435

For 4 nights, the total cost will be $20 + $3.57 = $23.57

Hi Thane,
Is there any problems or restrictions with running generators?

There is a 10 PM quiet time but I don't think any of us will complain about a generator. If someone doesn't have a quiet one, we'll put them in one of the outer sites. The nights are cool, so AC isn't required after the sun goes down.

I am hoping to sign up 7 or 8 more trailers so we will fill up the campground so if you don't complain about my generator, I won't complain about yours.

Would anyone object to some publicity and an open house?

I propose that I contact our local monthly newspaper and let them know about the Rally. I will try to get our rally advertised and would like to give the locals a chance to come out and see our fiberglass trailers. I know my neighbors across the street want to see your trailers.

BVS was originally developed as a retirement and vacation community and although we are getting more full time families, there are quite a few couples up here who enjoy the outdoor life. The Sportsman Club is very active and I imagine there are quite a few folks that would be interested in owning a fiberglass trailer, if only they knew about them.

I would like to have an open house from 10 to 12 AM on Saturday. This will give us enough time to get pretty and not tie us down all day. I am guessing we could get a couple dozen visitors or so.

Let me know what you think; if anyone objects I will not pursue this effort.

I was just planning on throwing open the door and hoping the company would wake Eric up before noon. I hope no one is shocked by a man sleeping in his jockies.
