There is an english tab on the upper right side of the campgrounds website.
Dates are in the tread title

it is on the south shore of the St- Laurence between Quebec City and Riviere du Loup (115 KM east of Quebec city)

Is this open to all types of FGRVs?
This will be our first year in a trillium 1300 and it might be fun to meet up in Quebec at the end of the summer.

My french is a little rusty — 40 years since high school - but i think the ;ast section of the blog says they are going to try the ontario bolerama looking for more to come.
worth a try.

It now has 5 members Youppy! I have not yet contacted the other two Rimouski whom I know well.

I'll call the Camping St-Rock this week even if it might be anounce the activity and give us a group rate and we place all in a corner of his camping

Recruitment starts to pay it is 10 now.

I know there is a Belerama in Ontario in July it may have a forum and if so I'll leave a post above.

Boy, I wish the date was different. I would love to be there, but school has started at that time. We had our belated honeymoon in Quebec City. We keep thinking we need to go back. I discovered that while a French major, I had trouble understanding your French. I could read things though. One guy on the walkway over the St. Lawrence started talking to us. I told him if he spoke "lentement," I might understand some of what he said. He wanted money but it looked like it would go to a liquid meal.

Have a good time!

I know we are not supposed to discuss politics here but I feel this topic is worthy of a comment or two.

I studied french in grade school in Ontario. I don't know how to accurately describe it but I used to call it "Parisian French" because it was much more like the "Queens English". We were never taught the dialects that might be most useful to us. The Quebecois is different from the Acadian. Had we learnt to communicate better with our immediate neighbours, I feel we would have all had a greater appreciation of their distinct society. That simple communication barrier is what I feel became one of the roots of the separatist movement. And that is a pity.

It sounds like an intersting meet. Timing is bad for us. But I look forward to meeting Matante at Bolerama next year.

I'll pass the link onto Luc and Tina since they are not too far away.

At 35 you should have the joy of a young child (lol). We'll be in Quebec near tot hat time and will drop in if we can.
Hope to see you in the fall, and welcome to the forum.
(By the way, your English is far meilleur than my French.)
cheers

Bonjour Matante Roulotte!

I wish we could attend but it is a bit too far for Sept camping (for us) since I can not take time off from work (teaching) in September... Sorry. thanks Roy, we have been camping more in New York and Vermont in the past year and have planned a 2 week trip in Aug in NY.. How are things in TO and your Boler haven?

I could easily put together a Boler weekend up north of Montreal if there are enough people.. say 10 or more fiberglass adventurers... say saint Sauveur or more north area.

ready to go if the interest is there. Let me know when is best if so.

Tina

Tina, we'll be in the Cushing area in mid-September and would love to attend a get-together in that area. If you can pull one together for that time, we'll be there!
cheers

Mid Sept.. Cushing is about 40 mins west from my home, so 45-60 mins from St Sauveur.. we could maybe get a spot in Val Morin, or Mount Tremblant.. Iroquois camp ground.... lets see where this goes..
