Robin, et al,

What would you think about having everyone who has a Hobbie, or "passion" for something like Beading, Quilting, Wood or Metalworking, Metaldetecting, Hiking, Biking, etc, and wants to do so, to bring some examples and info about it, and be prepared (if they want to) to give a little talk about said "passion"? We could do this on Saturday sometime during the day.

I'll volunteer to show & tell about Blacksmithing.

If any one is going to the Cherry Creek Rallie in Sept. and you have a Escape 5th Wheel or an Escape 19' Trailer, Please let me know. I would like to set a time to see them. Thanks, Hope to hear from someone.

Keith, are you thinking like workshop/Demo as other Rally's have? Hard to say, only cause the Rally I attended there was no time for that type of thing. Everyone was off on adventures and we really didn't see eachother till late in the afternoon/evening. Being that it's at Cherry Creek, it's hard to say. Of course most of us from Colorado won't be running around to see the sites. But I don't know if people plan on fishing, boating, horse back riding, nature paths etc............ Hmmmmmmm, Let's see if you get any interest from the post and take it from there.

So speak up campers if you would like to attend Demo's/workshops



Jeff, I don't know of any Escapes attending but hopefully someone will see your post and let you know if they are coming.

As far as different brands, I only know of 2 Scamps 1-16ft and 1-5er and a EggCamper 17ft, several Casita's (sorry, I don't know all the models) attending. It would be nice to see an Escape!

In hope's of not having 15+ salads at our potluck on Saturday, I thought I would start a post of what I am bringing for the pot luck. I will try and keep a running post if you would like to post what your bringing. Thanks


BBQ chicken (grilled, then simmered in the crock pot all day long) Just so we have a meat dish.
Ranch Beans (unless I come up with a better side dish)

Like I told you during our conversation the other day, yes to hat's for us. Actually both styles. So at least two of each style but as I said I would like a few more.

I'm planning shredded beef and rice topped with homemade (spicy) green chile. Also some tortillas.
Just a suggestion but perhaps SOMEbody should bring salad!

Shirley had a great idea.....we are providing the fabulous Chicken / Spinach / Asiago Cheese Brats in Bavarian Sauerkraut. They will be bite size pieces and I "garonnnntteee" they are fabulous.

Also, Doug Hooker will supply a great Spicy Angel Hair Pasta dish.

Unfortunately, my family and I will not be able to make it to this as planned. Something has come up here at home and we need to stay home this weekend. We are really bummed as we were really looking forward to it.
